We did speak briefly at the beginning of the meeting about cleaning up some of the foreclosed homes in the neighborhood that are looking really bad. The reason is that it de values our property and turns off potential buyers from these homes and other homes in the neighborhood. If we want to attract responsible respectable neighbors we have to demonstrate why they should consider why this would be a nice place to live. Most of their decision is based on appearance after price.

It was suggested that we could collect volunteers and equipment needed to do these tasks after we have established who are the owners of these properties and which houses to begin first. We were just discussing cutting the grass(hay in some cases) and picking up the yard.
